A4 School Report Example
Reports can be designed to be of any size required and can either print as a booklet (eg A4 folded to an A5 booklet) or can be printed on separate pages so that they can be inserted into some kind of pre-printed folder.
This report is an A4 report where each subject has a separate page. The Form Tutor’s comment is included at the start of each student’s report, but this can appear at the end if required.
School reports can include colour coded grades with underlying formula that will display a colour based on pre-defined criteria. They can also include attendance information drawn from the school attendance data.
It is also possible to ‘burst’ reports to high powered printers so that completed reports can be bound into pre-designed front covers.
Examples of Full School Reports
Year 11 Full Reports
This is another example of an A4 report in which the first page of each students’ report gives a summary of the grades they have achieved in each subject. There is also a tick grid summary for each student identifying any issues and indicating where there are no causes for concern. Attendance information and course course summary details can also be included in the report.
Reports in AIM High can be printed for an individual student, a pastoral group or for the whole year group.

Year 11 Full Reports
This is report designed as an A4 landscape page in which there are multiple subject comments to a page.
The Working At and Target grades were linked to grades in the schools SIMS system and the other grades, ‘Motivation’, ‘Organisation’, ‘Behaviour’ and ‘Homework’ were entered as ticks in a tick grid and converted to grades.
Other reports can be produced and included with the AIM High system to summarise any of the grades entered or to compare current grades with previous grades.
