Q: Can I remove a Report Template once it has been created if I change my mind?
A: A Report Template can be removed if it hasn't been used as part of a student's report. Once it has been used by teachers to enter report comments and grades it cannot be removed. It can, however be edited if you want to make any changes to it.
Q: Can I edit a Report Template?
A: Yes. Report Templates can be edited. You can change the Course Title, any links to Aspects or Tracksheet columns and you can change course details. You cannot change the Subject, Assessment Period, year or Report Scheme details if the Report Template has been used.
Q: If I link a report grade to the wrong aspect can I re-link it to a different aspect later?
A: Yes you can. Simple edit the report template and change the link.
Q: Can I copy Tracksheets to more than one subject at a time?
A: Yes you can. Right-click on the required Tracksheet and select the option to Copy To Other Subjects. Once you have selected this option you will be able to choose the subjects that you wish to copy to.
Q: Can delete an Activated Tracksheet?
A: If the Tracksheet has not been used then it can be deleted. However, if it has been used then you can edit it, but you won't be able to remove it.
Q: Can I edit a Tracksheet?
A: Yes. You can edit both and Activated and un-Activated Tracksheet. You can change most options, but you will not be able to change the Subject, nor will you be able to remove any columns.
Q: Can I reorganise the Tracksheet column order
A: Yes you can using the up/down arrow buttons on the Tracksheet template.
