Q: How many different Assessment Periods can I have?
A: You can have as many different Assessment Periods as you need. It will be helpful to you to name them appropriately so that it is easy to identify the reports to which they refer. e.g. Year 10 Autumn 2004 or Year 9 Spring 2005.


Q: How do I turn Assessment Periods on and off?
A: Select the required Assessment Period and then click on the Activate/Deactivate button.


Q: Can I change the name of an Assessment Period?
A: Yes. Select the required Assessment Period and then click on the Edit button.


Q: Can I change the order in which Assessment Periods appear on the list?
A: Yes. Select the Assessment Period you want to move and click on the Up and Down buttons to move it up and down the list.


Q: Can I hide an Assessment Period?
A: Yes. Right-click on the Assessment Period that you want to hide and select the option to 'Make Invisible' from the right-click menu. Assessment Periods that are hidden will not be displayed in report entry, printing and when creating templates.
